Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for after hours telephone answering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours telephone answering services during Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am and also on weekend and holidays.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 2,000 inbound calls per month.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 16, 2015.
(4) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
