[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development review software to work and manage project flow as a cohesive team while reducing work time, improving reporting mechanisms and digitalizing flow of information to a digital submittal, review, tracking, inspection, payment, management and notification system for projects, track applications, track permits, online payments, electronic plan approval, customized reporting.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 19, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
