[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide instrument sharpening and data entry services including scissors, needle holders, rongeurs, bone cutters, hemostats, forceps and laparoscopic instruments.
(2) All questions must be submitted by e-mail.
(3) To operate approximate 320 cases per month.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
