(1) Vendor needs to provide legal document management solution for establish a consistent business process amongst the team when handling legal information supported by the implementation of an industry recognized document management solution, improve key word and content searching, implement document version management, implement a solution and process that ensures metadata is not transmitted when exchanging documents with outside parties, access to stored files remotely and implement a centralized and secure environment for managing the
information and implement a foundation system upon which can automate additional business functions in the future.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
