[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile video recording system to record traffic stops, emergency runs,
arrests, field interviews, and other police interactions with the public in the vicinity of the vehicles, replace or update the video recording hardware installed in the police vehicles, and the supporting systems related to the video recordings, systems would securely transfer video recordings from the police vehicles and store them, as well as making the recordings available for review by supervisors, investigators, and command staff to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 26, 2017.
