[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media buyer services to manage media buying for the campaign from concept through execution, to ensure consistency and complementary brand imaging among academic and administrative, digital and direct marketing initiatives to ensure that messages, strategies and services are aligned, services for print, broadcast, multimedia, and online electronic mediums, comprehensive media research for recruitment markets to recommend optimal placements, negotiated rates with media outlets to receive low cost placement, achievement of campaign objectives, focus on enrollment of traditional populations to the campus, and this marketing investment will support existing direct enrollment marketing, lead generation, and inquiry fulfillment efforts. additional engagements, to build awareness of brand, for each campaign, market, audience profiles, and mass media ratings, schedule deliveries including reach, frequency, cost per thousand, impressions, ad rotation, and recommended flight periods for each medium within budget.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2017.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
