(1) Vendor needs to provide online recruitment, testing and application management system should address the entire process devoted to a hiring cycle which would include at the least, job posting, applicant tracking, examination development and scoring, electronic and paper notifications, online testing and a full complement of tracking and reporting applications.
(2) A contract term should be for three years.
