[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scattered site homes painting services to perform interior and exterior painting of and miscellaneous upgrades to approximately 200 occupied single family homes include walls, ceilings, columns, beams, closets including shelving, doors, casings and door trim, windows and windows trim, baseboards, handrails, archways, basements and basement floors to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
