[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and re-platform using content management system must be compitable with mobile devices including IOS and Android version, Chrome browser, SEO, application and the non-functional requirements that need to be fulfilled by the configuration of the websphere portal application platform.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 7, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
