(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services for the position of vice president including advise the search committees on designing and implementing a search process and communication plan for the selection of a new vice president, to develop an understanding of the history, structure, culture and operations, advise the president and the search committee concerning the national market for the position opening and steps that should be taken to attract highly qualified candidates, educate prospective candidate, conduct thorough and complete background investigations of candidates, maintain confidentiality of communications with the president, etc. to the government authority located in Athens, OH.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2018.
