(1) Vendor needs to provide global comprehensive insurance brokerage services for develop underwriting and marketing strategies to competitively secure the best coverage activities and property at the most reasonable cost using retention, contractual risk transfer or other risk-financing techniques consistent with the city’s needs to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
