[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for natural gas and electric including strategic planning to optimize the price and provide reliable energy supply, manage the energy procurement process, aggregate energy use, leverage pricing and maximize cost savings, maintain robust reporting and accurate record keeping and expand the program in both volume and number of accounts.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 21, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 22, 2018.
