[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide print advertisements service to place approved advertising materials on the outside and inside of buses, printed materials and facilities and assist non-profit and community organizations and institutions with public service advertising when unsold space is available.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
