(1) Vendor needs to workforce development support services to the government authority located in Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
• educate and train the security cooperation workforce and the security cooperation enterprise on effective security cooperation management policies, procedures, and techniques.
• enhance the long-term professional development of the security cooperation workforce through career and development programs.
• provide security cooperation research, consultation, and information dissemination for the security cooperation enterprise.
(2) This bid is set aside of total small business.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 28, 2018

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
