Vendor needs to provide mobile application development services must be compatible with android mobile devices, conduct focus groups middle and high school students to document the design for the application including screens, icons, reasons for student absences and incentives, which might serve as a resource for future enhancement initiatives, student and mediator log-in, reasons for student absences, point system screens and information on redeeming prizes based on earned points, support adult and students with a QR code that can be scanned to verify a student is present in the class at start and end of the school day.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
