Government Authority located in Toledo, Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for preferred provider organization network services for employee medical plan.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide preferred provider organization network services for employee medical plan to service the self-insured plan, networks must provide access to hospitals, outpatient clinics, ancillary medical facilities to radiology, laboratory, urgent/extended hours care centers, home health, durable medical equipment, hospice, anesthesiology, emergency medicine, home infusion care, physical therapy, skilled nursing and sub-acute care
- network must also provide access to a preferred panel of physicians and other professionals qualified to provide medical services and care, such as, psychologists, physical therapists, speech therapists, etc.
- network providers will submit claims directly to the City’s TPA for processing and administration of network discounts including the right to have legal counsel and counsel’s staff inspect contracts and audit claims and any proposed re-pricing claims/files submitted, provide a re-pricing of hospital, outpatient facility, outpatient surgery, and physician claims to the government authority located in Toledo, OH.
(2) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
