[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COBRA administrative services for fully insured medical and dental as well as self-insured prescriptions benefits along with a health care flexible spending account including premium collection, remittance, reconciliation and issuance of all mandated notices to newly eligible employees and participants subject to qualifying events, termination of COBRA coverage in accordance with regulations.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 30, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
