(1) Vendor needs to provide property insurance appraisal services for professional property valuation, including replacement cost and actual cash value, and data collection services to establish and maintain proper insurance to value and insurance placement of all insured property including office buildings, schools, museums, historical sites, hospitals, nursing homes, correctional facilities, laboratories, patrol posts, fairgrounds, automotive repair centers, residences, rest areas, emergency communication towers, supporting the calculated values, the ability of the offeror to support its data and conclusions, data and system requirements, valuation, data requirements to the government authority located in Des Moines, OH.
(2) All question had been submitted on March 20, 2018.
