[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recording and records management system for overview of training plan or strategy, capability to return paper submitted documents back to the submitter electronically, automatic queue for managing workflow, ability to scan document, enhance and redact a portion of the document to lighten or darken to produce a clearer image and to remove classified information, ability to customize security levels by groups, ability to sort information by multiple headings, ability to customize reports for detail, summery, audit trail, maintenance and financial reporting and ability to access the system information on the web using a computer or mobile devices.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal clarification will be held on April 17, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
