[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual equipment services for install 18 new televisions mounting to either wall or ceiling, each television will be able to display independent of other displays any of the inputs to the main video switch, run required fiber/audio and control lines to new television monitors from A/V switch outputs in telco room, program existing Crestron control system to allow control of all new televisions independently, 10 unused outputs are available from the current A/V switch and run fiber to existing 4 monitors that are already mounted in room 121 B and include in Crestron programing
the ability to route all available video to the 4 monitors to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on April 9, 2018.
