[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed print services for page count allotment for monochrome and color impressions, toner supply, repairs schedule or service call response, replacement in lieu of repairs, flexibility of adding or removing units from the fleet, method of page count collection , preventative maintenance schedule and quarterly review reporting on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Troy, OH.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than April 23, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
