[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide manage help desk service from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm daily for answering calls, gathering information on the equipment in question and obtaining the asset identification number, a brief description of the issue and entering initial contact information into the call tracking
application.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 500 calls per month and an average of 1,000 or more in peak times.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
