[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide innovation and business development consultation services to engage in strategic planning with the associate provost for research on how to increase commercialization activities and derive value from university-owned intellectual property, advise the associate provost for research on best practices in business innovation and start-ups, work with faculty and students to identify opportunities for innovation, technology commercialization, and entrepreneurial ventures, advise faculty and students on best practices for planning, structuring, and marketing business start-ups and business relationships, work with the university’s technology commercialization office to evaluate market potential and identify business opportunities for university-owned intellectual property, advise the associate provost for research on suggested terms and conditions for business relationships associated with commercialization of university-owned intellectual property, negotiating pre-approved university positions on terms and conditions with potential business partnerships, work with the university’s technology commercialization office and the entrepreneurship program to execute the tasks and deliverables, devote 50% FTE to the services requested and be available for regular, face to face interactions with faculty and staff on university’s campuses to the government authority located in Oxford, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
