[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic health record system that may be shared on patient release using inter-operability features contributes to continuity of care and mission.
- It improves quality of care, increase patient safety, increase health care staff productivity, decrease administrative expenses and decrease litigation costs.
- electronic health record solution includes project management, business transformation management, systems analysis and design, development, testing, training, implementation, interfacing of other systems, stabilization, transition, operation and maintenance and enhancement.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 7, 2018.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
