[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide group dental insurance service for process all claims, including cost containment functions, standard premium and claim reports, standard utilization reports for the dental benefits, premiums and expected net cost, etc. to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
