[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide export internship program service for providing adequate space to administer an export course on campus, invite quality guest speakers to the course to share their experiences and provide students with valuable insights and innovations in the field, provide managerial guidance to the students throughout the entire program period to the government authority located in Henderson, NC.
- Create a university webpage to recruit undergraduate students, preferably with a major or minor in international business or supply chain and not scheduled to graduate until at least one semester after the summer internship.
- Review student applications and coordinate with the manager to identify students to be interviewed, create a student interview schedule, send acceptance letters to the selected students.
- assist in company referrals and student matching, participate in weekly planning calls during the summer, including the post-showcase review call.
- Share student impact, success stories or media coverage if needed.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
