[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services of following items
• Vegetable platter with celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, etc. or
any assortment thereof. Each platter shall provide up to 30 servings.
• Cheese and fruit platter with assorted cheeses, crackers and seasonal fruit.
Each platter shall provide up to 30 servings.
• Mini sandwiches made with croissant or knotted rolls. To include cheese,
roast beef, turkey, corned beef, egg salad, tuna salad and chicken salad.
Each platter shall provide up to 50 servings
• Full sheet cakes
• Large assorted cookies platters. Each platter shall provide up to 20 servings
• Water to include 8-16 ozs. of bottled water
• Ice Tea (Gallon)
• Large fresh flower bouquets and on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
(2) The term of contract will be for one year.
