[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources consultant services for capable of implementing best practices in recruitment, hiring, onboarding and retention, essentially focus on developing and implementing a service delivery model that restructures the department, redesigns compensation and performance management and workforce planning, better leverage technology, improves customer service, enhances reporting and monitoring capabilities and supports effective human capital management and supporting the staffing process to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 10, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
