[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide national guard scholarship program a web-based application to manage the scholarship grant program including allow to create and submit their own SP application, self-validate their eligibility, allow the school to view historical billing roster invoices, automatically calculate and display units used and remaining to relevant users, billing roster to billing roster invoiced and paid, to notify their better system performance for web application usage or billing receipts are ready for viewing and downloading and discontinue the use of the common access card for user login credentials and replace with system credentials and authentication for user login.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite.
