Vendor needs to provide specialized recruitment services for placement of up to 8 psychiatric professionals between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019 including have a demonstrated track record in the recruitment and successful placement of psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses and physician assistants to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Structure compensation for placements, extensive searches for qualified psychiatrists, consultation and training specific to the recruitment and retention of psychiatrists and other physicians, perform initial screening of identified candidates and more extensive screening of those deemed suitable
candidates, assist appropriate candidates in completion of the interview process, etc.
