(1) Vendor needs to provide web based record and case management system to be used on an ongoing basis for active workflow processes, trial preparation and document archiving, system must have additional functions for master calendaring, grand jury docketing, speedy trial calculation or parole notification and delivery of discovery through a defense attorney accessible secure portal with user confirmation of defense counsel receipt, must be capable of generating reports, statistics and case type tracking and accessible within the office and remotely and shall be functional for PC and Mac operating systems with both desktop and mobile devices application.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 25, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
