- House and manage all communication, assets, workflow processes and proofs, as well as logos, photos and agreements, allow full and limited-function users and ensure all work is secure, multiple views of projects and workflow, create custom smart forms and reports with automatic job population and templates to coordinate workflow, track all stages of projects including planning, tasks, assignments, approvals and reporting, create role-based dashboards for team members, allow online uploads and online proofing/reviews, allow chat discussions and email/Outlook integrations and Allow integration with Adobe Creative Suite.
