[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide meeting room management solution to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
- Ability for users to click on dates to reveal timeline, or daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
- Ability for users to search and find meetings by floor, meeting title, room and host.
- View available locations by floor, ability to access individual rooms per floor from available locations list from the main calendar page.
- Reservation details, resource list, ability to print or distribute reports giving description of room usage, AV equipment, room set up and catering by daily, monthly or annual totals.
(2) The question and answer period will be from July 24 to July 31, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
