[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee health benefits programs for
- Claims administration, customer service, and provider network (where applicable for medical services)
- Simplification of administration and integration of services
- Ability to deliver high-quality services at a competitive price
- Ability to integrate and share specified data with multiple third-party Contractors, and data warehouse
- Strategic account management team that proactively suggests solutions and regularly communicates with the State of Ohio team
- Offeror commitments with performance guarantees that define the contractor’s promises and the state of expectations
- Transparency within the entire organization openly reflecting the way the contractor conducts its business
- Documentable cost-containment activities
- Reporting that includes a broad range of operational and financial metrics to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2018.
