[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental testing and consulting services for capable of comprehensive environmental audits, site assessment, asbestos management, lead-based paint management, indoor air quality management, environmental testing services, radon gas testing including but not limited to lead, asbestos, mold, mildew, fungi, humidity and dew point to the government authority located in Dayton, OH.
- Review site history.
- Assess regulatory compliance issues.
- Develop and manage site clean-up plan.
- Identification of nuisance and hazards.
- Conduct inspection and assessment for suspected asbestos.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than August 20, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
