[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide traditional residential placement services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
(2) A copy of the proposal specifications is available from the Government Office, Proposal received by a Vendor who is not a Plan Holder of Record may be deemed non-responsive and Plan Holder of Record is one who has received the RFP directly from the Government Office.
