(1) Vendor needs to provide biohazardous medical and laboratory waste pick-up and disposal services for proper collection and packaging supplies (i.e. bags, containers), contaminated
needles, syringes and blades, dressings, i.v. and blood transfusion tubing, haemodialysis waste, chemotherapy related waste, isolation waste, laboratory cultures, blood and urine products and outdated medications to the government authority located in Columbus, Oh.
