[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide safety certification consultant services must identify all components and systems within the scope of the proposed design and check them during construction to ensure that the item constructed meets the design, determine all reasonable events or conditions, which contribute to any identified hazards, determine all reasonable consequences resulting from the hazards; and evaluate the severity and probability of each hazard to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held September 19, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
