[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide federal grant subrecipient and grant reconciliation auditing service
- To audit the portfolio of four subrecipients who performed underwriting and administrations of the city’s revolving loan fund.
- To audit grant reconciliations for years 2014 and 2015; to provide recommendations and best practices for reconciling grant years 2016-2018 (grants based accounting), including providing recommendations for creating a reconciliation template; and to assist in establishing polices and procedure for grant conciliations to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
