[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide capital program management, program controls management and implementation services including
- Update, as needed, the work breakdown structure used in managing cost, schedule, scope and resources for the Program as requested
- Update the Master Program schedule monthly, published by last day of the month, to include current information regarding project and contract progress
- Review and evaluate various cost estimates related to construction, operations and maintenance of the Program to ensure that they conform to established guidelines and accurately reflect all project-related costs
- Prepare planning level cost estimates for Business Case Evaluations
- Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, track actual costs, analyze variances and forecast total Program costs
- Analyze, prepare and maintain current and projected cash flow requirements for the Program
- Develop and maintain a contingency management and tracking system
- Maintain Consent Decree accounting reports on a monthly basis
- Develop and manage processes to allow for to reconcile the CFS system and Peoplesoft with respect to cash balances, etc.to the government authority located Cincinnati, OH.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for four years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
