[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and marketing consulting services should be a process of setting marketing and communication goals including the planning and execution of said goals. Firms shall address each section with a proposed strategy and projected time frame of implementation and completion.
a. Gain followers on social media platforms via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor etc. (identify how “increases” will be monitored).
b. Identify and formalize a response policy and standard message practice for employees.
c. Develop and/or restructure the city’s webpage.
d. Identify ways to increase overall visibility and membership.
e. Identify proactive positioning to update the local community and greater Cleveland area about the City.
f. Advertise Solon locally and through other media outlets.
g. Create template for various outreach initiatives. This should include the standardization practice.
h. Provide graphic design based on logo and community images.
i. Provide City of Solon asset photography.
f. Provide City of Solon asset videography.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
