(1) Vendor needs to provide secure electronic cloud-based fax services with no physical phone lines or external/internal fax modem connections, fax connector installs, 700,000 pages annually, ethernet fax service overage charges, new number assignments fees, number porting fees, internet portal training for fax confirmation and reports to the government authority located Cleveland, OH.
- Emergency Medical Service handles over 100,000 9-1-1 calls per year.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
