Vendor needs to provide executive search and recruiting services to conduct an executive search for the position of CEO, general manager and secretary-treasurer to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Develop a recruitment strategy, process and timetable for completion of the successful search, develop an accurate and compelling position profile, source a diverse slate of candidates through advertising in appropriate media, proactively reaching out to candidates in the marketplace that may not be actively seeking a new position, accessing a network of leaders who may be a source of referrals and any other best practice recruitment strategies, assess the qualifications of interested candidates against the position profile and recommend potential candidates for interview and input with respect to compensation to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
