[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic marketing services to conducting market research that inspires the development and implementation of the university brand, along with a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy with a primary focus on new-student enrolment of both traditional and non-traditional student populations.
- This discovery will initially be supported by the vendors assessment of current academic and co-curricular programs and external market research that focuses on the attitudes of prospective students, their families, campus constituents, alumni and other critical stakeholders
- The qualitative stage might include in-depth focus groups and phone interviews to gather current information on feelings, values, perceptions and behaviors of various stakeholders
- This quantitative research might then inform the development of written survey instruments that are statistically valid and lead to projectable results. it would be beneficial to include an estimate of the man-hours needed complete such a process and your specified hourly rates for comparison
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
