(1) Vendor needs to provide penetration and vulnerability testing services and security auditing services to complete a security assessment and penetration test of a mobile app that is being designed for use with the state benefits self-service portal, self-service portal is a citizen-facing web application that citizens use to request benefits and check the status of their benefits and mobile app will provide citizens with a new way to interact with their information on the mobile phones and tablets, in addition to the existing internet-facing web application to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 17, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
