[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing, payment processing and messaging services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- Customer billing services for water, stormwater, sewer and trash for 240,000 accounts monthly.
- Monthly billing will produce 2.9 million bills and letters, collect roughly $400 million in payments and is seeking to provide communications via, email, SMS text message, Facebook messenger, Alexa and Google home.
- Also provide print and mail, payment, and messaging services as part of the ongoing enhancements to meter to cash operations, services we are seeking include print and mail, electronic bill presentment, payment processing and customer engagement and messaging.
(2) A Non-mandatory pre-submission meeting will be held on October 22, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 26, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
