[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online travel management system including customization and training, ability to have multiple approvers in online travel management system, offeror’s implementation plan, proposed implementation timeline, online travel management system profile types and functionality, ability to align state employee ID number with booking confirmations, expenditure reports, and invoices, quality of reports provided, ability to offer customized reports, offeror’s plan on providing training on their travel management system/process.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 23, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
