Government Authority located in Ohio; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for voter registration management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide voter registration management system Include but not limited to district to voter assignments, multiple addresses party affiliation management, NVRA tracking information.
- Application prevents and allows for the merging of duplicate records.
- Describe and provide screen shots to illustrate how petitions and filings are entered and maintained include but not limited to candidate submissions, petitions filings, signature validation and determining when there are enough valid signatures to qualify.
- Software solution must include a general report writer for creation of formatted reports using the data.
- Application to scan absentee requests and uses intelligent character recognition to match the request form to the voter and creates a valid absentee ballot record, describe how you would accommodate this process.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal submission conference will be held on October 29, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than November 7, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
