(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document preparation, scanning, and conversion services using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in TIFF file format.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 6,322,635 images.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
