[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial adviser services to the government authority located in Logan, OH.
- Review existing bond and loan documents for redemption provisions related to Public Housing Conversion
- Determine required prepayment/defeasance amounts to comply with legal covenants
- Coordinate all approvals and certification or confirmations as required
- Prepare Capital Fund and RAD Subsidy projections
- Prepare HUD debt service schedule and tab delimited file needed for completion of RAD application
- Obtain Trustee confirmation of prepayment
- Provide projections for financial needs necessary to complete the conversion of public housing portfolio under RAD or other related options
(2) Contract period of will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
